I have been so lucky to find Letitia. Prior to engaging The A Firm I had engaged another accounting firm who had never provided nor offered any Xero training. Being a new business, with no experience in book keeping our accounts quickly became a mess leaving me feeling frustrated and anxious about our tax records. After a Xero training session with Letitia I walked out of her office feeling confident to continue with performing the book keeping for our business myself. Letitia’s instructions were very easy to follow and she was easy to talk to. She was able to easily answer all of my queries as to how particular items should be entered in Xero and how to do it. She also gave me a print out with step by step screen shots and written instructions on how to perform the book keeping entries I had struggled with.
