Once a year my husband and I complete our tax & have done for years with The A Firm Redland Bay.
But this year was outstanding! Driana is such a bubbly person on the phone & even more lovely in person. She has the most brilliant phone manner & is instantly likeable, but makes everything possible & does it all so promptly. Michael had the most incredible amount of patience this year, also a lovely man, so easy to get along with & a successful outcome!
As a Mum of 3 young children anything in life that is straight forward makes my life so much easier. Thank you so much to Michael & Driana, you have one very happy client & will always be back each year.
